With 65% of the world's CMM Level 5 companies and one of the world's largest pool of scientific and technical talent, India is a logical choice for outsourcing.

Outsourcing projects to FuturZoft Technologies gives you a technical and functional edge on the competition,Faster development and start up, Lower cost, Enhanced performance, better-managed e-business infrastructure, reliability, security, maximizes uptime and above all a more effective operating environment at the backend.

4). What sort of job descriptions/specs do you normally work from?
Obviously, the more detailed the better! Our programming staff is very competent and has a great deal of expertise.
Therefore we don't require a great deal of background information. However, we would like a document which thoroughly describes the user interface, data structures, platform requirements, supported languages, sample screen images, etc. This is an iterative process and we are always able to nail down what we need by a few rounds of e-mail with the client.

5). Can we trust you?
Since our inception in 1999 ,We have completed a large number of projects for clients world wide. We you both Work and can provide Client References.

6). What are the payment terms of your company ? and how do we pay you ?
Projects are classified into time-and-material projects as well as fixed. In the case of the former where payments are made fortnightly, and in the later case clients can insure themselves from cost escalations. Here payments can be made in flexible schemes.
They are:
1. You pay all sum in advance.
2. You pay one half up-front and the last half upon completion.
3. We split project in several parts. Each part is paid separately, Where 25 % is paid in advance ,15% on release of 1st module, 25% on Beta release and rest 35% on inception of the project.
Payments are made through a wire transfer to our banker's account in Chase Manhattan Bank, New York.

7). What sort of acceptance criteria can we use? and What warranties can you supply?
As described above, payments to us come at scheduled milestones as work is completed. We will provide you with examples of the work completed to date for you to review. At that time, we can discuss changes which are required or modifications to the original design specs. You are welcome to discuss this with us at any time during the project. On completion of the job we will provide you with full source, technical documentation and development notes from our software engineers. We expect to receive acceptance or a detailed list of exceptions within seven days of submitting the completed work. Final payment should follow at that time. We guarantee that the product will work as per the agreed on design specs.
{The mentioned above are typical mode of payments, actual agreements may differ based on client specifics and requirements.}

8). What about taxes and legal issues?
One attractive way would be to relocate some of the development work to countries like India. While there are tremendous opportunities in these countries, a clearer understanding of the tax (till date no taxes are levied) and legal formalities could mean the difference between smooth outsourcing of work and a confusing tangle of delays and cost overruns.

Once you have decided to consider FuturZoft Technologies, for contract work, the next steps are simple enough:

Step 2. After you have examined our work, we will request to work on a short pilot project. This will be a very reasonably priced short term project that will prove we are capable of satisfying your programming needs. Our experience has shown this step to be instrumental in building the foundations of a strong, professional and lasting business relationship.
Step 3. Upon completion of the pilot project, we will anticipate a formal project order. As we become familiar with the details of your project, we will request that you provide the E-mail address of an individual (s) to whom our programmers may direct questions.
Step 4. We will submit a feasible completion deadline and price. A payment schedule can then be worked out on a per project basis.
