FuturZoft Support Station®

          FuturZoft has years of experience in supporting web based portals for US, UK and Belgian clients. The time difference between India and these countries helps us to provide a “ready-to-use” system when our clients are in the office in the early morning. FuturZoft undertakes the responsibilities to “verify” the system. This involves checking whether all the background jobs have been executed successfully, backups are taken properly, reports are generated properly, schedulers are run properly etc. We also analyse the log files on a daily or weekly basis to figure out software/hardware failures if any.

          FuturZoft also works on web site support services on a ‘24 hr response guaranteed’ mode. When an issue occurs with our client’s website, it will be communicated to us via email or phone. Our engineers will attend to it as soon as they are in the office. The maximum delay that can occur in this way for US based clients would be 12 hrs in the worst case. We suggest this mode of working only to non critical web applications, where the main purpose of outsourcing is to reduce cost. We are working towards making the support services on 24 x 7 mode.
